Die cutting machine is also called die cutting machine, cutting machine and numerical control punching machine. It is mainly used for die cutting (full break and half break), indentation and bronzing operations, laminating and automatic waste discharge of corresponding non-metallic materials, adhesive stickers, EVA, double-sided adhesive tape, electronics, mobile phone rubber pads, etc. Die cutting machine uses steel knives, metal molds, steel wires (or templates carved from steel plates) to apply certain pressure through the embossing plates, roll the print or cardboard into shapes.
The products processed by the calibration and indentation process have the following types:
(1) flat products. A variety of different types, different specifications, complex and simple structure, different shapes (such as square, rectangular, triangular, multi angle, plum blossom, elliptical and other special-shaped) trademarks, tags, etc., can be used die-cutting indentation processing method, its characteristics are characterized by flat type, single use, applicability is very wide.
(2) Folding products. After die-cutting and indentation processing, paper or other products are processed by manual or mechanical molding to make packaging boxes of various shapes. These boxes can be opened or folded, and are suitable for automatic packaging of packaging machinery. The advantages of the folding box are convenient processing, high output, small size after folding, and easy storage and transportation. However, the folding box is simple in shape and is only suitable for regular products, while the different throwing boxes are generally not suitable for making folding gold boxes.
The (3) book cover. The book cover is processed by indentation and bonded with the book block, which can be flat, solid, beautiful and durable.
(4) three-dimensional products. Cardboard, cardboard materials after die-cutting indentation processing, and then through manual or box molding equipment processing, forming a variety of shapes of paper packaging boxes or decorations, such as cylindrical, rectangular, square, pyramid, polygon and other shapes of the three-dimensional carton. This kind of three-dimensional paper packaging box is widely used in various food, medicine, shoes and hats, electrical appliances, instruments and other commodity packaging. The advantages of the three-dimensional carton are beautiful in appearance, can effectively protect the goods, and play a role in preventing pressure and shock of the products in the packaging box. However, after the three-dimensional carton is formed, it is bulky and inconvenient to transport and store.
